It’s an emerging interdisciplinary design studio, founded by sisters Gwendolyn and Guillane Kerschbaumer. The sister’s background is in visual arts, with particular attention to drawing and sculpture, architecture and design. Their lighting project is constantly evolving: the lighting objects are sculptural, deeply balanced and functional, striking both for their geometric simplicity and for the combination of monochromatic elements with the contract of glass, powder-coated metals and polished brass. Among the successful collections - “Disc and Spheres” , a light and jewel collection. Here the starting point is brass, than a round disc and a sphere in many colored glasses, infinitely modular. Two perfect geometries that combined together give a sculptural appearance to the wall and ceiling lamps.
